Dec. 22, 1865 aged 74y 8 m 16d.  Burial at Oregon cemetery."  Stated age at time of death would put birth 6 Apr 1791.  Note that this man is quite old to be Mary Catharine Scott's husband, but her burial record states that the George Hobson who was her husband died about 1865.
