Mary Young was 37 when she married, 10 years older than her husband Robert, and would have been 47 when Ann was born, and 61 when Ann married.. It seems likely to me that Robert moved onto a farm in Anlaby some time between 1785 and 1788.

I have included the later details about Ann Wasling to confirm that she really is the daughter of Robert Wasling of Anlaby. I believe there are a couple of hints that her father is the same person as Robert Wasling of Keyingham; one that the christening dates of the five children are consistent, and two that one of the witnesses at Ann's wedding was Mary Wasling.
