099769: The last will and testament of me William Hopper of Pattrington in
Holderness in the County of York Miller which I make publish and declare this
eleventh day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
seven I give and bequeath all my goods chattels and personal Estate
whatsoever to my wife Rebecca Hopper and I constitute and appoint her Sole
Executrix of this my will I give and devise to my five sons and
daughters Thomas, Joseph Richard, Ann and Esther each the sum of fifty Pounds
and to my daughter Rebecca the sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid to them
respectively upon the death or marriage of my said wife which shall first
happen but without any Interest in the meantime, for the same and I
charge and Incumber my dwelling houses Mills and lands at Pattrington aforesaid
for the same with the payments of the said six several legacies and Subject
thereto I give and Devise all my said dwellinghouses Mills lands and
hereditaments at Pattrington aforesaid and all other my real Estate whatsoever
to my said wife and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life if
she shall so long continue my widow and from and immediately after the death or
marriage of her my said wife which shall first happen Then to my son William
Hopper his heirs and assigns for ever In witness whereof I have
