Labourer." This researcher (Vauna Green) does not know who
William & Mary Wasling might be. There is no William son of
Francis Nelson & Jane Waslin christened in or about 1838. Our
William gives his age at the time of his marriage in 1859 as 21 which puts his
birth in 1838. The birth certificate clearly states that William's
parents are Francis Nelson & Jane Hewitt Waslin.

his birth 1874. This fits better. IGI has 1875 - the other research of this
particular submitter is very good and I (Vauna Green) am inclined to accept
this date. Civil Birth Index has entry for James Waslin June qtr 1875. NEED TO
